Job Title: B2B Telesales Representative
Pay rate: £12.50ph - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients using provided prospect lists, including warm leads, past customers, and web leads.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and professionally to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to upsell on existing orders to maximize sales revenue.
- Update the CRM system with detailed customer notes and interactions & maintain accurate records.
- Assist with answering phones during busy periods and cover sales admin tasks.
- Find suitable supplies and suppliers for non-standard requests from key customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Oversee the sales process from order to completion, including calling customers for future orders.
- Assist sales personnel with administrative tasks such as answering reception, phone, and emails.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous B2B telesales experience and a proven track record of sales performance.
- Ability and proven track record to develop and grow sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to recognize good sales opportunities and to develop new business.
- Excellent Networking Skill
