Property Valuer
Reading – branch based with local travel to meet clients at properties .
Competitive salary with commission
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm and every other Saturday 9am-4pm
Must have own car and driving licence .
My client, based in Reading, is looking for a Valuer to join their busy, friendly team!
Are you a Property Valuer/Negotiator looking for that next step in your career? I am looking for a confident individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with experience valuing properties!
- Book and attend property valuations for the lettings or/and sales market.
- Generate new business leads and grow the property register as the main instructor for the branch.
- Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
- The possibility of managing a lettings team within 18 months!
- Work for a well-established local Estate Agent with a great employee reputation!
The ideal candidate:
- Previous Estate agent experience, with either lettings or sales property valuation and listing experience.
- Have own car and driving license.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic, with great customer service skills!
