Our client, an Architectural Practice based in Stockport, are seeking an ARB Registered Architect to join their growing team. Specialists within the public sector, covering new-build, refurbishment and modular solution projects. Our client has a particular focus on the Health, Education, Blue Light and Commercial sectors.

They have a growing team, and we are looking for an experienced Architect with relevant experience in these areas.
We encourage candidates with a multisector background and a minimum of 1+ years industry exposure, experience within the Public Sector would be most advantageous.

Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary (£32,000 - £45,000)

**Architect
Position Overview
- Run projects from Inception through to completion
- Reporting to the Design Director
- Work on a variety of projects in different sectors
- Preparing applications for planning and building control applications
- Liaise with other professional members of staff
- Prioritize challenging deadlines and work independently on one's own initiative
- Liaise effectively and efficiently with other members of the team and also external consultants, contractors and sub-contractors
- Use Revit and BIM software's on a daily basis

Position Requirements
- Revit proficiency
- Minimum 1 years' experience post Part III
- Live in or within a commutable distance of Stockport
- Recent experience within various sectors, ideally public sector related
- Occasional travel to support clients / projects when required
