Our client a global leading technology company would like to hire some recruiters to join their internal team for an initial 6 month period.
Experience of internal client and candidate management is essential and managing the end-to-end recruitment. You will collaborate with business, identify sourcing strategies working with hiring managers, HR and the recruitment leaders.
Additionally, you will design and support recruiting strategies to deliver long term HR and business goals. You are expected to work independently and become an SME for your business units and actively contribute to the wider tea
You will manage the candidate journey and facilitate assessments.
