  • Working Hours: Monday & Wednesday 5pm-9pm, Tuesday & Thursday 6.30pm-9pm
  • Start date: 8th July

We are currently seeking a temporary Administrator to support a charity based in Ealing. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth administrative operations during evening hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing visitor reception. Additionally, you will oversee the security of the premises at the close of business.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide basic administrative support including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Meet and greet visitors, offering assistance as needed.
  • Ensure the building's security by checking all windows are closed and locking up with the key provided at the end of your shift.
  • Work independently, managing the building safely with keypad entry, especially after 7pm when you may be on your own.
  • Support the presence of therapists on site by maintaining a professional and secure environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven reliability and the ability to work independently in the evenings.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in administrative duties.
  • Comfortable with being the sole administrator on the premises at times.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
