Insurance Consultant

Ideally coming from some experience within Insurance, this is a position based within the Sales team predominantly managing the retention of existing clients. Ensuring excellent customer service at all times and seeking opportunities to cross sell, up sell and source new business.

This role will suit someone who has previous sales experience within Insurance and is looking for a more specialised. niche area to work within OR an individual working within another area of Insurance looking for a more client/customer focused position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolio
  • Provide a high level service to all clients and customers
  • Contribute to company targets
  • Identify opportunity to expand business
  • Follow business standards and procedures
  • Be the first point of contact for clients on all insurance and policy led enquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships through regular communication

Requirements:

  • High level of communication and relationship building
  • Previous insurance related experience
  • Customer focused
  • Drive to deliver
