You will be involved in an exciting and ambitious effort to support the Chief Data Office (CDO) Transformation team as a Credit Risk Management Programme Lead, ensuring delivery of strategic & regulatory data change initiatives across the Bank. You will be collaborating to deliver a complex and ambitious multi-year book of work, requiring Vice President-level Programme Managers to run one or more critical initiatives in line with the CDO priorities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting critical projects and programmes within the data portfolio, managing stakeholders across the organisation to execute against ambitious targets
  • You will be responsible of plans, operating models and execution strategies to achieve business outcomes, with responsibility for supporting quality delivery within agreed budget, resources and time frame, issue resolution and risk management
  • You will be responsible for the undertaking of business analysis, collaborate with leads to understand business problems/needs, and identify solutions through leverage of existing capabilities or new capabilities/features that deliver value is aligned with business objectives and the overall program strategy
  • Client focus with good communication, organisational and analytical skills with an ability to think and work independently while supporting team goals and objectives
  • Meticulous, with a focus on the detail, able to provide decisiveness in actions and be performance oriented
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work for a global team with intensive international exposure cross multiple time-zones (US, EMEA and APAC)

Your skills and experience

  • Highly experienced in management across Programme and Portfolio management in Financial Services or Consultancy-driven Transformation
  • Ability to handle multiple and often competing tasks under tight deadline
  • End to End Agile experience in large scale technology delivery in financial institutions, specifically Data execution
  • Experience delivering global data initiatives with an understanding of data principles and architecture in financial services
  • Experience in credit risk management within financial services
  • Strong Communication skills and Stakeholder management across global teams
