Customer Sales Advisor
Location:
Edinburgh (Office Based)
Salary:
£23,500 (£24,000 after 6 months, £26,500 after 1 year)
OTE:
£50,000+
Hours:
37.5 per week within below hours
Pattern:
Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, occasional Saturday 9am-5pm
THE ROLE:
- Speaking to customers over the phone
- Having strong conversations about our fantastic products
- Being an ambassador for our business and selling the correct package to customers
- Building great connections with all customers
- Providing straight-talking support
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in a contact centre/customer service environment
- Experience with inbound/outbound sales or customer retention
- Passionate about sales
- Great communication skills
- Ability so sell the best solution
- Self-motivated
- Determined
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
