Job Title: Probate Team Leader
Salary: Up to £83K + bonus
Location: Bristol, hybrid can be arranged but office based in preferred.
Hours: Full time.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the probate department, setting targets, monitoring performance, training and development of staff when required. Motivating staff and keeping moral high. Have regular meetings with your team and reviews. You will also be involved in the interview process when looking to expand your team further.
- You will also manage your own reduced caseload of probate files. Ensuring you and your team are hitting targets.
- Provide guidance during the probate and estate administration process.
- Assess estate needs to ensure compliance and proper handling.
- Communicate with clients to tailor support based on their preferences.
- Coordinate with the legal team to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Assist clients with necessary documentation and requirements.
Required experience:
- Experienced Fee Earner or Solicitor (or equivalent) in probate & Trusts Law.
- Experience supervising/leading a team.
- STEP qualified - preferred but not essential.
- Approachable, friendly, motivated and driven to help the team succeed.
- Ability to meet deadlines while upholding excellent client care
