Role - Part Time Spanish Teacher

Start Date - September 2024

Duration - July 2025

Hours - 8:15am - 3:30pm

Salary - £30,000 - £46,525 depending on current pay scale

Tradewind Recruitment are working with rapidly growing secondary school in the East Kent area who are actively seeking a part time Teacher of Spanish to work across KS3 and KS4. This will be a September start for a year in the first instance, there is the possibility of a permanent role.

The role:

  • Plan and deliver KS3 and KS4 Spanish lessons
  • Consistently assess progress and provide additional support if required
  • Plan collaboratively with the MFL Department to maximise the potential of the students and assist with work-life balance of staff

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification
  • Have a proven track record of teaching Spanish in a secondary school setting effectively
  • Have excellent subject knowledge across the Spanish curriculum for both KS3 and KS4
  • Legal Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
