Full-time, Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm, alternate Saturdays, 9am-1pm, time back in lieu.

We are in a position to consider trainees for this role providing that there is relevant prior experience and transferrable skills

Driving license required - Business expenses paid.

The Company

Our client is a leading independent firm offering a wide range of services including lettings, the sale of residential, commercial and agricultural properties as well as surveying and planning services.

We are seeking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to work within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a good communicator, committed to providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a team environment.

Experience preferred but not essential.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Lettings Assistant to join our clients team. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling Enquiries:

Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.

Property Inspections:

Arranging and conducting property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Administration:

Preparing accurate statements of conditions and inventories for each property and managing administrative processes and deadlines efficiently.

Landlord Communication:

Providing regular feedback to landlords regarding property status and tenant interactions.

Maintenance Coordination:

Addressing maintenance issues promptly and coordinating repairs as needed.

Diary Management:

Organising appointments, meetings, and property viewings.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Assisting with additional tasks as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service:

Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service, ideally within a professional setting.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organisation:

Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Time Management:

Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

IT Proficiency:

Comfortable using relevant software and tools.
