Reed Education are working with a thriving Primary School in Westerham who are seeking a motivated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to start on a permanent basis in September. Day to day of the role:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to ensure consistently good or outstanding outcomes for children.

  • Collaborate effectively with staff members and contribute positively to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A track record of good or outstanding teaching practice.
  • Strong principles and high expectations of academic achievement and behaviour.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Ability to model and disseminate high-quality teaching pedagogy.
