Reed Education are working with a thriving Primary School in Westerham who are seeking a motivated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to start on a permanent basis in September. Day to day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to ensure consistently good or outstanding outcomes for children.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A track record of good or outstanding teaching practice.
- Strong principles and high expectations of academic achievement and behaviour.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ability to model and disseminate high-quality teaching pedagogy.
