£45,000 basic with uncapped commission, year 1 OTE: £60k, Year 2: £80k+
Manchester City Centre: no evenings or weekends and early finish Fridays as standard
35 hours a week

We are partnering with a fantastic client, who is looking to grow their sales team by recruiting a Business Development Executive for their Manchester.

The company has been going for nearly a decade and the owner is clearly so passionate about doing things the right way, not only for clients but for colleagues and employees.

This is a sales role, and yes you will be on the phone selling to clients- however, I can honestly say this is one of the most grown up and trusted environments I have seen.
No micro- managing, or crazy KPIs simply a company that is revenue focussed whilst delivering a first class service to their clients. You will be a Business Development Executive that is treated as a grown up and trusted that you are working hard
and smart to deliver results.

They offer a variety of marketing and digital products and services for their clients within specific industries- you will become an expert in your field.

You will not be working on a dialler system or a hard core 5 deals a day type environment, this role is a relationship building sales role and often involves a multi-faceted, consultative sales process. Calls, emails, linkedin, expos and trade shows, pitches via teams etc

They work in fab, funky office in Manchester City Centre finishing early every Friday, offering a £45k basic and uncapped commission.
