I am supporting a great 12 month FTC for a proven Marketing Manager to take ownership & manage Marketing & Placemaking Plans for a prestigious Bristol scheme.
As Marketing Manager, you will work in line with central strategy, create and own bespoke placemaking and events plans aimed at driving tangible ROI, driving footfall goals & delivering a strong calendar of 'destination experiences' across the year which work in parallel with outputs from commercial and placemaking teams.
Key areas of delivery also include: -
- Budget Management
- Agency Management
- Working closely with on site team & partners driving timely communication
- Supporting & communicating with site Retailers / Tenants
- Driving effect Event communications
- Maximising Marketing Comms for customer facing, branding & event communications
- Driving brand standards across the scheme
- Collection of statistical data to understand marketing performance
Candidates will hold proven B2C Marketing Management experience & hold the ability to drive consumer led Marketing strategies & plans.
This is a full time, on site Opportunity, working on a 12 month fixed term contact, ideally commencing mid September 2024.
