We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all.Key Responsibilities
- Performing basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Conduct grounds maintenance to ensure clean and safe outdoor areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and report to the Hard Services Supervisor.
- Assist in the scheduling and completion of maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to perform grounds maintenance tasks.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
