Role Purpose: We are seeking an Cloud Billing Team Lead to ensure the efficient and timely operation of our billing processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve processes, resolve billing queries, and provide top-tier support to our account teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute internal monthly billing processes to ensure timely invoice distribution.
  2. Manage AWS contracts and onboarding to ensure smooth and accurate delivery.
  3. Reconcile invoices to billing data and manage purchase orders.
  4. Ensure accurate order processing in line with operational procedures.
  5. Produce Excel costing sheets in GBP & USD for customers.
  6. Reconcile AWS statements to ensure correct payments and resolve discrepancies.
  7. Act as the first point of contact for AWS customer/internal queries with a 4-hour SLA response time.
  8. Collaborate with CloudBridge to import and cross-reference data.
  9. Calculate and claim rebates via Cash Received and Credit Notes.
  10. Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management System (Dynamics CRM).
  11. Assist in monthly forecasting and account mapping.
  12. Log new deals with Amazon for GP maximization.
  13. Track all marketplace offers and generate various reports.
  14. Prepare data for customer QBR meetings.
  15. Manage individual AMEX payment accounts and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum A-C GCSE in English & Mathematics (Essential).
  • 2+ years in a similar role (Essential).
