Job Title: Qualified Solicitor (RTA)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Tallgrass Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor to join one of our esteemed clients based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload with the autonomy to handle cases from start to finish, whether through negotiated settlements or litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Manage your own caseload, starting with 60 litigated files, increasing to around 80-100 mature files.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and trial bundles.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties to ensure effective case management and resolution.
- Expert Advice: Provide expert advice to clients regarding their claims and potential outcomes.
- Court Representation: Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- PQE: Minimum 2 years PQE (Preferably).
- Case Management: Experience in managing own caseload.
- Location: Based in Glasgow or commutable surroundings (required to attend court for own cases).
- Remote Work: Initially hybrid (2 days in the office), with potential to go fully remote after 2 months.
- Experience: Specific experience within Road Traffic Accidents (RTA).
