I am supporting an excellent Financial Services IFA Business in the Oxford area linked to who are recruiting a Financial Services IFA Administrator who is skilled to join the company and support the Advisors and Paraplanners in Administration. The function of this role is to provide full Administrative support to the IFAs, taking responsibility and ownership of all tasks that they require your support with. The key purpose is to ensure positive client relations are built and maintained through the provision of a professional and efficient service in your skills. Within the role you must ensure you are working efficiently and effectively whilst utilising all resources available to you within your role which includes the systems and the IFA Admin skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Gather accurate information about client policies to prepare and review documents for Pension and Investment Clients.
  • Dealing with general queries from clients, by telephone and email
  • Build and maintain a good working knowledge of client requirements and legislative requirements
  • Understand the role of other departments within the company.

Within your role you will be required to possess the following skills and personal qualities:-

  • Previous office experience, in the Financial Services sector
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office system
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Professional and accurate written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise to ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Client Focussed in lining up what has been linked to you by the Advisors and Paraplanners in Administration
