IT Technicnian / 2nd Line Support - Derby

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the dynamic and vibrant environment of IT Support. This role provides 2nd level technical support to successfully resolve complex and in-depth technical incidents, problems and requests. It acts as an escalation point from 1st line whilst working with Hardware team providing break fix and hardware diagnostics.
This for our client who are a British multinational computer services provider. This will be on a long term contract and based working in Derby, working onsite.
- Technician 3 site based
- Working with Hardware team providing break fix and hardware diagnostics
- Laptop and Desktop Builds
- Tech Bar x3 a week on a rota
- Software BAU work working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop
