Job Purpose
- Lead service delivery for a significant portfolio of agriculture clients, overseeing all commercial aspects of portfolio management
- Strategically direct the portfolio with a growth mindset, scoping cross-selling, up-selling and new business opportunities
- Champion service excellence across the team, responsible for quality control and nurturing skillsets
- Implement new processes and systems to improve efficiencies
- Interpret changes to legislation and emerging trends to ensure best practice across the portfolio
- Monitor agriculture news to forecast issues for clients and provide trusted advisory
- Preparation of accounts for larger, more complex clients
- Work closely with Partners to manage WIP reporting and ensure deadlines and budgets are being met
- Nurture a diverse team, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training
- Represent at the firm at networking and business events, building a network of local contacts and potential clients
- Set an example as a hands-on and inspirational leader

- Qualified by experience also considered
