Role Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, providing a range of audit and accounts services
- Leading audits from planning through to completion for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with audit standards
- Preparing statutory accounts and management accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Reviewing the work of junior staff, offering guidance and mentoring to support their development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for their audit and accounting needs
- Working closely with partners and senior managers on ad-hoc projects and business advisory services

Candidate Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with significant audit and accounts experience
- Strong technical knowledge in audit and financial reporting, with experience leading audits
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
