Accountancy Practice with a focus on Agricultural and Rural Clients
My client is on the lookout for a dynamic Accounts Manage to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong affinity for the agricultural sector, particularly with knowledge of farms and estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mainly complex farming partnerships, with a hands-on approach to account preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse client base comprising farm or rural estates.
- Prepare and manage accounts with precision and expertise.
- Apply personal tax knowledge to prepare CT/partnership returns and business tax computations.
- Engage in client relationships and advisory services.
- Proficient in IT, including Excel, Xero, Iris Practice software, and other farming industry software.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification is required.
- Experience in the farming industry is extremely beneficial.
- Knowledge of personal tax and business tax is essential.
