The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment has teamed up with a leading law firm to help provide a Project Coordinator who will help assist the organisation of events and marketing, this is an opportunity to ensure plans go smoothly and successfully and be a key part of a busy upcoming agenda.
What the Project Coordinator will be will be doing
The ideal Project Coordinator will be responsible for
- Provide administrative support to the Board, including scheduling meetings and diary management.
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within the organisation, ensuring time lines and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate communication with external partners, stakeholders and board members
What the successful Project Coordinator will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has
- A background in event management
- Experience in a legal setting
- Able to work independently
- Have good communication skills
