Salary: £55,000 - 65,000

Lead complex electrical projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and innovation.
We seek an experienced Electrical Engineer to champion excellence in building services design. You'll lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical aspects of projects from inception to completion.
- Champion a culture of safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design, analyze, and review HV/LV, lighting, power, and building safety systems.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for seamless integration.
- Ensure quality and compliance with codes and regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in electrical building services engineering.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations (HTM knowledge a plus).
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering successful complex projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage resources effectively.
- IOSH and CSCS certifications (preferred).
- ONC/HNC/NVQ L3/L4 Building Services or Engineering degree (a plus).
