The Role

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, selling international market leading, branded and private label beauty and personal care products into the UK's leading E-Commerce retailers.

Creating a best-in-class online shopping offering and strong commercial relationships with major online retailers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • E-Commerce channel strategy development and implementation
  • Platform and On-Line Retailer Management
  • Sales and Revenue Management
  • Partnership and Vendor Management
  • Digital Marketing
  • Customer Experience
  • Latterly, recruiting and leading a high calibre e-commerce and digital marketing team
  • Promoting a high-performance culture, putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do

The Person

  • Hands on, high calibre, Sales Professional with strong sales experience into online retailers
  • Demonstrable success at developing relationships with key online retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships that drive sales and profitability
  • An excellent communicator, relationship builder, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Personal credibility, vision and drive
