Reform Revolution is a boutique Pilates studio dedicated to providing a personalized and transformative fitness experience. We focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients, where they can achieve their wellness goals through high-quality Reformer Pilates instruction. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team.
What We Are Looking For
We are offering a unique opportunity for a seasoned Reformer Pilates Instructor who wants to take their career to the next level. You must have at least 5 years of experience and either a Level 3 Reformer Pilates or STOTT Pilates certification. This role goes beyond traditional instructing; it provides the chance to take on a leadership role within the studio. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to run the studio, structure classes, and contribute to the overall vision of the business. You would need to love people! Additionally, a profit-sharing arrangement will be part of the compensation package, aligning your success with the studio's growth. In addition to the profit share, you will be compensated on a per-session basis for each class you teach as well as a basic salary. Therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is desirable!
You will need to be available for a few days in November and full time from December 2024.
This position has the potential to earn close to six figures!
£20,000 base salary plus £15 per session taught
50% of 1 - 1 sessions
10% profit share
£45,000 - teaching 6 classes a day 5 - 6 days of the week and up to £80,000 OTE earnings!
As part of this leadership role, you will also be responsible for training and managing a junior instructor, who will be hired to support the studio's operations. Your guidance will be essential in developing their skills and ensuring they maintain the high standards of instruction that our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels
- Design and structure class schedules to meet client needs and studio goals
- Provide personalized attention to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Deliver 1- 1 sessions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of studio policies and procedures
- Train and manage a junior instructor, helping them grow in their role and maintain high instructional standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for clients and staff
- Manage studio operations and support the growth of the business
- Engage in community outreach to attract new clients and retain current members
- Management of the social media page
