Description
- Overseeing financial operations and procedures
- Implementing effective financial strategies
- Creating and presenting financial reports
- Ensuring regulatory compliance in all financial functions
- Managing budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborating with senior management on strategic financial planning
- Supervising finance department staff
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Month end and year end journals
- Producing financial statements including, P&L, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
- Ad hoc duties
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Previous experience working within a Finance Manager or Management Accountants role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
