IT Asset Support Engineer
CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to appoint an IT Asset Support Engineer on an initial 3-month contract. The client require support with their IT Asset estate and updating their company-wise asset register; so experience with IT Asset Management/CMDB and general IT knowledge is required.
Role Requirements
- Compile and maintain an up-to-date IT asset register
- Back up data onto OneDrive, ensuring correct storage and OneDrive sync
- Enrol new devices using Microsoft Intune
- Assess and rectify any OneDrive issues or sync errors
- Label user devices and input label data into the asset register
- Schedule user appointments
- Upgrade hardware and RAM (where required)
- Intune set-up and basic troubleshooting
Required Skills & Experience
- Experienced in IT Asset Management / CMDB tracking
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Demonstrable IT knowledge
- Personable and approachable demeanour
