Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team within our Channel Division.

This role is key to driving growth and revenue, developing effective sales strategies within the account base and fostering a culture of consultative sales excellence in a rapidly evolving market.

Ideally, we are looking for..

  • Proven experience in direct sales people management with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience of directly managing and developing key accounts
  • Expertise in developing and implementing account manager strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Industry knowledge in Professional services, L&D or IT sectors attractive.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and implement strategic Account Manager strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Oversee budgeting, target setting, and forecasting to meet financial goals.
  • Support direct account management and respond to market tenders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales performance through training and development.
