Location: Aylesbury
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support two teams managing a portfolio of lettings and heritage properties.
- Lead the current well-established leadership team.
- Experience accounts and budgeting
- Project management experience
- Understanding of the planning application process
- Manage a multi-million-pound budget.
- Drive change and innovation with emotional intelligence.
- MRICS qualification preferred.
- Foster a family-oriented culture with long-term staff.
