Key Responsibilities:
- Provide KS3, KS4, and KS5 pupils with stimulating and demanding lessons.
- Encourage a passion for chemistry by using cutting-edge instructional strategies and hands-on experiments.
- Assist and mentor students to reach their full academic potential.
- Together with a gifted group of educators, create and carry out successful lesson plans.
- Engage in extracurricular pursuits and make a positive impact on the school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to get one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Must provide 2 proven professional references.
- A degree in chemistry or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching chemistry at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
