Mixing Room Operator
Working in the Mixing Room, pre-production line.
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Salary: £12 - £12.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hour week - Monday to Friday
Temp to Perm - Immediate Start
Main Responsibilities:
- Picking, weighing, and blending chemicals in accordance with written instructions and documented procedures
- Cleaning down of blending vessels and mixing room to prevent cross contamination.
- Completing liquid batch documentation including calculating component reconciliation and liquid yield
- Daily scales calibration check
- In-process checks
- Maintaining accurate chemical batch records and documentation
- Participating in production team and health and safety meetings
- Participating in quality audits
- Liaising with Quality team regarding SOPs, chemical testing/passing and finished liquid testing/passing as required.
- Providing cover on other production lines as required
