Their finance team plays a crucial role in maintaining their standards of excellence, so this role is crucial to helping the organisation deliver its mission! Key Responsibilities

  1. Supplier Account Management:
  • Process supplier accounts accurately, recording costs and ensuring authorised expenditure.

  • Safeguard assets and discharge liabilities promptly.

  • Maintain compliance with VAT and statutory regulations.

  1. Cash Handling and Banking:
  • Count and prepare money for weekly banking.

  • Adhere to security measures and meet deadlines.

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Assist the Finance Department with tasks like photocopying, correspondence, and filing.
  1. Petty Cash Management:
  • Accurately process petty cash documentation.
