They are looking for a passionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant who has experience with SEN/ASD/ADHD. This 1:1 Learning Support Assistant role in Witney will be working with a Year 1 pupil 1:1 who has ASD and ADHD. Your role may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
- Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
- Keeping track and recording pupil progress.
