Pay Rate: £13 to £15 per hour

Role Overview: As a School Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our school premises. Your duties will include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the school buildings and grounds.
- Conducting routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the premises, including locking and unlocking buildings as required.
- Assisting with the setup and coordination of school events and activities.
- Responding promptly to any emergencies or health and safety concerns.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities management role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong practical skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
