Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of educational institutions, managing their accounts with a high level of customer service.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work closely with clients to develop tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and support.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and present new service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest and most effective IT solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the unique IT needs and challenges faced by educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with MSP operations and service delivery models is highly desirable.
