Our client is a world leader within their field, Based at the Burton location as a Sales Order Processor you will be a key member of a small but busy Office, provide full and varied support by responding to customer support calls and liaising with your team of regionally based technicians to complete onsite service works. In addition you will support sales order processing and customer reporting activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

**Sales Order Processor Role includes:

  • Reply to various customers' requests through emails or by phone (information about products, delivery lead time, support to fill data in customer files, etc.).
  • Order processing, sending of PO confirmation, delivery lead time, communication and proposal of alternative items in case of BO, follow up of order deliveries.
  • Daily Invoices control conformity of prices, properly sent to customers.
  • Issue Customer credits (QA complaints, correction of improper invoicing)
  • Overdue Follow up: issue/send customer account statements, send reminders to bad payers, payment follow-up.
  • ERP system maintenance: Customers cards creation and maintenance of updated and accurate data, Upload and maintenance of Prices.
  • Quality complaints follow up: reception, verification of the conformity of the PER form, organization of the return of defective products to USA, follow-up until the closure, update of Complaint data master file.
  • In coordination and under the responsibility of QA department, responsible for monitoring product recall: customer notification, collection and archiving of all data, organization of recalled product returns, issue exchanges or credit notes.
  • Archiving of customer service documentation for audits purpose.
  • Support to sales team: various statistics/reports, samples need, assist in the preparation of local congresses, sending of marketing brochures / banners.
  • Tenders support in collaboration with the Tender & Pricing Manager: provide documents, preparation of samples and organization of the shipment following the tender's requirements, implement specific tender's requirements during the execution of orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
  • A good working knowledge of the SAP, OR ERP, MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Good communication and teamworking skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
