As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finances of the company.
Skills Required:
- Part or fully qualified, AAT Level 3 minimum
- Experience of Xero
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to direct and delegate
- Ability to analyse data
- Experience within the healthcare sector desirable
- Strong attention to detail
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Xero general ledger
- Preparation of month end management accounts
- Monitoring invoice financing and debtors ledgers and credit control
- Prepare and review margin reports and identify corrective action
- Analyse financial data and identify areas for improvement and be able to communicate to senior management
- Prepare monthly forecasting and annual budgets
- Prepare annual statutory accounts
- Work with other business departments to drive business performance
- To review and implement effective processes
