We are currently looking for dedicated and flexible Supply Primary Teachers to join our pool, providing high-quality teaching to various primary schools across Cambridgeshire. This role is perfect for those who enjoy diversity in their workday and are passionate about contributing to the educational journey of young learners.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Delivering lessons based on existing plans to a range of primary year groups.
  • Adapting teaching methods to cater to the needs of individual students and classes.
  • Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a constructive learning environment.
  • Providing constructive feedback on student progress to permanent teaching staff.
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure effective classroom management.
  • Being prepared to travel to different schools within Cambridgeshire, sometimes on short notice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience in primary education is highly desirable.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and students.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
  • A reliable and professional approach to work.
