Finance Assistant

A leading regional contractor are seeking to employ on a permanent basis an Finance Assistant to join their growing finance department. Ideally, you will be based around the Wiltshire/ Cotswolds region.

About the role of a Finance Assistant

You will be joining a comprehensive and experienced Finance Team, who specialise within the Construction sector. Preferably you will have experience within the construction sector but not essential.

Responsibilities for a Finance Assistant

  • Logging payments through banking systems
  • Provide support to staff within the business and external clients.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the board.
  • Assisting with contracts
  • Monitor Credit control.

Requirements for Finance Assistant

  • Minimum qualification at A level Accountancy
  • Preferably experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn & develop skill set.
  • Proactive approach to workload
  • An eye for detail
  • Supportive and team player nature
