Day to Day tasks of the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Address client enquiries and concerns promptly, providing high-quality customer service.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, offering customised solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and services.
- Monitor account performance, analysing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, including performance metrics and strategic insights.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profit while maintaining strong partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Full training will be provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Keen analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
