KennedyPearce are hiring a Junior Finance Analyst on a 3-6 month basis (could go permanent). This is a business partnering role reporting to the Finance Manager, within the Controlling team. The role will be responbile for contract compliance; ensuring contract trading terms are monitored and correctly accounted for in the financials. Assisting with Internal reporting needs of the business and external reporting to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting for the business on customers performance/KPIs
- Reporting externally to customers
- Calculation and tracking of customer chargebacks/rebates so they are correctly accounted for
- Monitoring contract trading terms and KPIs, providing financial data to the business on performance
- Weekly sales the Lenstec entity
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong excel skill and ability to manage large data sets
- Enthusiasm and the ability to be proactive
- Able to follow a process but spot when something is not working and a different step might be required
