The role will be working across multiple sites across Yorkshire (dependent on workload) as well as having the flexibility to work from home. With a salary of up to £35k, this organisation can offer flexible working as well as professional development to spring-board your career.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, your responsibilities shall include:
- Sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for key /priority roles
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure consistency in the hiring of top talent
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Acting as a key point of contact for external candidates, ensuring consistency within the overall candidate experience.
- Ensuring consistency of process, assessment criteria and standards across all brands and sites
- Accurate measurement and reporting of key performance indicators, providing reporting as required.
- Supporting the Group Talent Acquisition Manager with various projects to support both business strategy and future growth
- Working with multiple stakeholders to bring the very best people into the business, helping to drive down the overall vacancy numbers, time to hire and attrition figures
