Due to increased workload an opportunity has arisen for a workshop controller for a hands-off role running a workshop team of 10. This family business is looking for an accomplished workshop controller to take the reins and drive efficiency as well as get the best from the in-house team of technicians. Responsibilities
- Run a small team of technicians
- Workshop loading
- Customer liaison
- Mentoring the team
Qualifications
- Experience of workshop control
- Strong technical background
- Experience of computerized workshop systems helpful
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary £38,000
- 20 Hols + BH
- 730 - 530 Mon to Fri
