- Contract Type: Full-time, Septemeber, MPS + SEN allowance
**Responsibilities:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with varying abilities and learning styles.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
**Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEN.
- Knowledge of different learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
