**Position Overview:

  • Job Title: Special Education Needs Teacher
  • Location: Plymouth
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Septemeber, MPS + SEN allowance

**Responsibilities:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with varying abilities and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment.

**Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Knowledge of different learning difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
