Our client an international fashion brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Planner to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting our key Purchasing and Logistics objectives, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal stock levels to guarantee product availability and minimize surplus inventory.
  • Demand Planning: Support the Purchasing & Planning Manager in implementing effective demand planning and forecasting models.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and report on inventory-related KPIs, including turnover and stock shortages.
  • ERP Utilization: Employ ERP and other planning tools to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Management: Assist the Operations Director in developing contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to synchronize inventory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse market trends and historical data to project inventory needs.
  • Supplier Coordination: Ensure punctual product delivery by managing supplier and logistics relationships.
  • Import/Export Oversight: Oversee EU and UK import/export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Pricing Alignment: Collaborate with Purchasing and Planning to maintain cost-effective pricing strategies.
  • Documentation Management: Handle all shipping documentation and adhere to EU/UK customs procedures.
  • SKU Management: Oversee SKU creation and manage product imports into X3.
  • Strategy Development: Partner with the Purchasing & Planning Manager to devise pricing strategies for new collections.
  • Operational Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the Operations team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory planning or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting with strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
