Spa Receptionist - £28,000 - London
We have a unique and exciting opportunity be part of a opening team for a Five Star luxury residential building located in Central London. The Spa facilities are exceptional and are for the exclusive use of the in-house residents.
The role will involve utilising your guest services skill set ensuring that all residences receive seamless service - this is their home, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that it feels like home.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensure residents are greeted and recognised in a friendly and warm manner. Be genuine and authentic at all times.
- Ensure all areas of the Spa and amenities are maintained in pristine condition to a 5* standard and work alongside team members to maintain a high level of appearance of all public areas.
- The booking of treatments accurately reaching out to the specialists appointed.
- Liaise with external trainers, therapists and other highly qualified specialists and practitioners.
- Working as part of a team across the building with day-to-day liaison with the Concierge team.
- To ensure that all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, engaging in polite and professional conversation with the residents and their guest when appropriate.
Ideally you will have the following skill set and attributes:
- Five Star Hotel Spa, Residential background or high-end gym
- Exceptional Five Star Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen interest in hospitality
- Immaculate presentation
- Appointment setting system experience
- Attention to detail - good computer skills
- The desire to go the extra mile
- Great teamwork and a flexible work ethic
- Knowledge of spa treatments is desirable but not essential
