As the IT Manager, you will oversee all IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless technology integration across all departments. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the systems, enhancing security protocols, and leading IT projects that support all business objectives. You will also supervise and overlook some engineers in the team. You will be in the office 3 days a week

Responsibilities the IT Manager will have:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Oversee data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Skills the IT Manager will have:
- Previous IT Engineering/IT Support Background (At least 4 years)
- At least 12 months experience in a line management/supervisory position
- Experience in a legal of regulated industry as an IT Manager is highly beneficial
- ITIL Qualification and experience is desirable
- Good experience with Microsoft office technologies (Azure, 365, windows, Active Directory and SQL Server)
Benefits
- Starting salary between £45,000 - £60,000
- 2 Discretionary Bonuses (One in June and one in November)
- Pension - Employee contributes 5% and company contributes 10%
- Initially 25 days + Bank holiday, (27 days after 2 years of service, 30 days after 5 years of service)
