Are you a proven and experienced Commercial Temp & Perm Recruitment Consultant based in Huddersfield. With strong market knowledge of the local area, you will work a 360 role providing both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to existing and new clients. Your role as Recruitment Consultant will blend sales, service and admin with visits to your clients' premises to gain their trust in your to provide the best talent to their business.
Joining an established branch with a strong client pool you can enjoy a nice warm introduction to those on the database already whilst identifying new clients along the way. You will operate across the Kirklees district, having all the right tools, enjoy mutual benefits and cross sell for your colleague (as they will for you).
To be considered you MUST already work in a similar role, know all recruitment processes, legislation and regulations and demonstrate key communication and organisational skills with a drive and passion to be proactive, professional and ultimately enjoy all aspects this role has to offer.
Working Mon-Fri with no requirement outside these hours, the salary on offer is up to £30k DOE plus bonus and benefits
