We're excited to be working on this amazing opportunity to find a Marketing Manager for a technology scale up.

THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Define key marketing KPIs and track performance.
  • The Marketing Manager will ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and social media channels.
  • Oversee content creation, advertising campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Oversee website performance, analytics, and optimisation.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging digital assets.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
  • Optimise customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Ensure maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and consumer behaviour using analytics tools.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in compliance and highly regulated industries.
  • The Marketing Manager would have worked within a scale-up SaaS organisation
